Embark on an exciting journey and learn more about mysterious fossils and the magnificent chalk coast of the island of Rügen.
What happened 70 million years ago, what influence did the Ice Age have on the chalk landscape, and how did “chicken gods,” belemnites, and other fossils actually form? Answers to these and other questions are provided by our hike - join us!
The hike can be booked independently of a visit to the National Park Centre.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Suitable for: youth and adult groups
Participants: min. 10, max. 25
Possible guide languages depending on availability: German, English, Spanish. A visit is also possible accompanied by your own interpreter. Please note that the duration of the tour or hike may be slightly extended in this case. Please coordinate with us in advance.
