Free admission for accompanying persons:
- 1 accompanying person per 10 participants
- Additional accompanying persons are subject to a charge

After receiving your booking, we will check availability for your preferred date and coordinate the details with you. Please allow approximately 7 to 10 days for processing when planning your visit.
Please note when booking experiential programs:
Guided tours and hikes are available in German, English, and Spanish, subject to guide availability. Visits can also be conducted with your own interpreter. Please note that the duration of the tour or hike may be slightly extended in this case. Feel free to contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
